Delhi University Colleges Release Second Cut List
New Delhi, Oct 9 (IANS) University Colleges in Delhi have started publishing the second selection list for admission to the various undergraduate courses at the university for the 2021-22 academic year.
Several colleges such as Ramjas College, Aryabhatta College, Swami Shraddhanand College, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Jesus and Mary College, and College of Vocational Studies have released their second cut lists.
Admission under the second cut-off list will begin on October 11 and will continue until October 13.
So far, at least 41,211 applicants have successfully secured seats in all colleges.
At Aryabhatta College, the thresholds in economics and mathematics have increased to 97% and 95% respectively.
The history thresholds (H) have fallen by 0.5 percentage point to 94.5%. Hindu College only published the limit for two subjects: economics and business.
Admissions for other subjects have been closed. The savings thresholds (H) are at 99.25 per cent and for B.Com at 99 per cent.
Hansraj College released the Second Selection List for Economics BA (H) 99%, English (H) 98.5%, Hindi (H) 94%, History (H) 98, 75% and the philosophy 96.75%.
Ramjas College requires 100 percent for admission to political science according to the second cutoff list.
At Aryabhatta College, the thresholds in economics and mathematics have increased from 98 percent and 97 percent to 97 percent and 96 percent, respectively.
The English and History cutoffs also fell 0.5 percentage points and now stand at 95.5 percent and 94.5 percent, respectively.
